Our Gold Studios are the largest in the building and have been newly refurbished for 25/26 – offering extra space, fresh modern interiors, and a high-quality finish. At 15m², they’re perfect for students who want the best of everything: more room to live, study, and relax, surrounded by comfort and style.

Each private, self-contained studio includes a small double bed with under-bed storage, a dedicated study area with desk and chair, generous storage space, your own en-suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette complete with an under-counter fridge freezer and microwave oven.

All utility bills and high-speed Wi-Fi are included, so you can focus on what’s next – not what’s due. Simple, stress-free living from the moment you move in.
