One of the best things is the free on-site gym – it’s fully equipped and super convenient. The building also has a common kitchen on each, secure bike storage, a laundry room, and it’s a very safe place overall. The reception team is really helpful – you can get your parcels delivered there, and there are student ambassadors available at night if you ever need support. Maintenance Ata is also quick and efficient whenever anything needs fixing. Property manager Laura very helpful and friendly. Overall, it’s been a peaceful and amazing stay – all the staff are friendly and always ready to help. Definitely recommend it to any students looking for a comfortable and secure place to stay in Birmingham.

My time living at B16 Studios was a fun experience, one of my favourite parts about it is how local it was to everything and also how close the bus was to the accom. There were so many options to go get food and a really good Chinese spot called Lychee Garden. The accom itself was good very peaceful and perfect for my lifestyle as a busy student. Overall I’ll give it a 8/10 and totally recommend if you want a bit more independence. B16 Studios has been a great option for me – love the study room and most especially the gym is a life saver cause it saves me money and a membership. Overall a good experience thanks Almero Student for the free ice cream that one day!
