At 14m², these newly refurbished studios for 26/27 combine modern interiors with smart design, giving you the comfort of privacy with a touch of extra convenience.
Each self-contained studio comes with a small double bed with under-bed storage, a dedicated study area with desk and chair, plenty of storage, your own en-suite bathroom, and a private kitchenette with an under-counter fridge freezer and microwave oven.
Silver Studio Plus are also available on a slightly shorter 45-week tenancy, making them a perfect fit for students with different course lengths or those who don’t need a full academic year contract.
All utility bills and high-speed Wi-Fi are included in the rent, keeping costs simple and stress-free.
