All the team is helpful and positive. Especially the property manager, Mr. Chris, who has been with us from the very beginning going through every single detail. Provides the type of support and trust you need to feel comfortable in a foreign place. And the facilities: Easy to commute, easy to settle in. A relatively big supermarket, gym and homeware store close by (7 min walk, 3 min run). The facilities are modern and tidy, any emerging issues are solved promptly. (there is an app for inquiries and they respond really quickly – we had a missing button and a loose oven glass: both handled the very next morning) It is a peaceful stay in a calm and safe part of the city. Absolutely recommended.

My time at the accommodation has been amazing. The reception staff have been so welcoming and helpful. Chris has been exceptionally helpful when coordinating my payments for rent and understanding individuals’ situations. I have absolutely enjoyed my stay here. I have made many friends at the different events that the staff hold during the year and the common pool room has been used for many small parties and relaxing games with friends. I am looking forward to making many more memories whilst staying here and looking forward to another year with everyone.

This accommodation has been my favourite since starting university. The staff are incredibly welcoming, with Kinga, Kelly, and Steve, the maintenance guy, standing out for their kindness and support. My experience here has been fantastic so far, and one of the highlights is the variety of social events they host regularly. The sense of community is strong, and there’s always something going on. My friends and I especially love the pool room, where we often gather for small parties. It’s the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy each other’s company. The overall atmosphere has made living here feel like home, and I truly appreciate the effort the team puts into making it such a great place to live. It’s been an unforgettable experience, and I’m grateful for all the memories I’ve made here with friends and the wonderful staff and can’t wait to make more in the next academic year.
