Who Can Claim This Offer

You must:

  • Be a new customer (not currently living with us for 2025/26).
  • Book a room at Stonebridge House or Tamarillo House.
  • Book within the offer period.
  • Complete your booking (including any payments and guarantor steps).
  • Be 18+ and studying in UK higher or further education.
  • Check in and not cancel before your tenancy starts.

You may not be eligible if you have rent arrears or have breached a previous tenancy agreement.

How It Works

  1. Book your room during the offer period.
  2. Complete all booking requirements.
  3. Check in to your accommodation.
  4. Choose your reward (subject to availability).
  5. Receive your prize after check-in:
  • Physical items may be delivered or collected.
  • Vouchers will be sent via email.

Important Information

  • Only one reward per booking.
  • Available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Cannot be used with other offers (unless stated).
  • Cannot be applied to existing bookings.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and not exchangeable for cash.

Exclusions

This offer does not apply to bookings made via:

  • Nomination agreements.
  • Referral agreements.
  • Third-party partners (unless stated).

Bookings that are cancelled before check-in are not eligible.

Additional Terms

  • Rewards are issued after check-in and once all conditions are met.
  • We may substitute a reward with an alternative of equal or greater value.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time.
  • If your tenancy ends early, we may withdraw or reclaim the reward.
  • Any stated prize values are indicative only. The Operator accepts no responsibility for changes in retail pricing or perceived value of physical items.
