Academic Year 2026/27

Promotional offers may be available on selected rooms or properties across the Almero Student website. These may include cashback incentives or other promotional benefits, such as free laundry, where advertised.

The specific promotion, value, eligibility criteria and end date will be stated on the relevant property or room page where the offer is advertised.

All promotions are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility

To qualify for any promotional offer, you must:

• Have a completed room booking with Almero Student for the 2026/27 academic year for the advertised minimum tenancy period.
• Be aged 18 or over at the start of the tenancy period.
• Be undertaking a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2026/27 academic year.
• Check in to your accommodation at the start of the tenancy period.
• Be living with Almero Student at the time the promotional benefit is applied, with a valid tenancy agreement and no notice of cancellation given.
• Have no rent arrears on your account at the time the promotional benefit is applied.
• Must not have been in rent arrears or otherwise in material breach of your tenancy agreement (including rent default) at any point during your tenancy.
• Rooms are subject to availability.

Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already completed.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

Cashback Offers

Where cashback is advertised as part of a promotion:

• The cashback amount advertised on the website will be applied to your account as a rent credit at the time of your first rental instalment, subject to you meeting all eligibility criteria, including the arrears and default requirements set out above.
• Cashback is personal to the qualifying student, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
• Cashback will only be applied where the booking has been fully completed within the promotional period stated on the relevant offer.

Free Laundry Offer – Madison Gardens

Where Free Laundry is advertised, this applies only to Bronze and Bronze Plus rooms at Madison Gardens for the 2026/27 academic year, where stated.

• Laundry will be provided through a prepaid laundry credit system up to a value determined by Almero Student.
• Laundry credit will be issued within 28 days of check-in.
• Laundry credit will only be issued where the student meets all eligibility criteria, including not being in rent arrears and not having been in rent default or other material breach of the tenancy agreement.
• Laundry credit is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

Exclusions

Promotions:

• Do not apply to bookings made through nomination agreements, referral agreements, or agents, unless otherwise stated.
• Exclude short-term, semester-only, flexible, and summer bookings unless specified.

General

• Almero Student accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during a promotional period due to technical faults or connectivity issues.
• Almero Student will assess eligibility for promotional benefits acting reasonably, in good faith, and in accordance with these terms.
• Any decision to refuse, withhold, or withdraw a promotional benefit will be based on objective application of the eligibility criteria set out above.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Almero Student reserves the right to verify eligibility and to limit, suspend, withdraw, or amend any promotion where reasonably necessary (including to prevent fraud, error, or misuse).
• Participation in a promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
