Cashback Offer Terms (Rent Discount Applied to Your Account)
This offer may be advertised as a “cashback” promotion. However, any cashback amount will be applied as a rent discount to your account and not paid as cash.
This offer is open to current residents of Almero Student Leeds and must be booked and signed before 23:59 on 18th November 2025 to be eligible.
A £300 rent discount (advertised as cashback) applies to the first 20 bookers and will be credited to your account by November 2026.
To qualify for the credit, you must:
- Have no arrears on your account.
- Not default on your rent at any point during your tenancy.
- Meet all general eligibility criteria set out in these terms.
