Cashback Offer Terms (Rent Discount Applied to Your Account)
This offer may be advertised as a “cashback” promotion. However, any cashback amount will be applied as a rent discount to your account and not paid as cash.
This offer is open to current residents of Almero Student Beech Gardens and must be booked and signed before 23:59 on 2nd January 2026 to be eligible.
A £200 rent discount (advertised as cashback) applies to the first 20 bookers and will be credited to your account by November 2026.
To qualify for the credit, you must:
- Have no arrears on your account.
- Not default on your rent at any point during your tenancy.
- Meet all general eligibility criteria set out in these terms.
All referral or promotional incentives are offered in good faith; however, the final decision on whether a discount benefit is due remains at the sole discretion of Almero Student management.
Almero Student reserves the right to end, extend, amend, or limit this promotion at any time and without prior notice.
Refer a Friend Cashback Offer (Applied as Rent Discount)
Customers who refer a friend to live at Almero Student for the 2026/27 academic year will receive the specified cashback amount on their account, and the referred friend will also receive the specified cashback amount, subject to the following terms and conditions.
To qualify, the customer must:
- Have a completed room booking with Almero Student for the 2026/27 academic year.
The referred friend must:
- Not already have a tenancy agreement with Almero Student for the 2026/27 academic year.
- Complete a room booking with Almero Student for the 2026/27 academic year during the offer period for at least the minimum tenancy period.
- Enter the referring student’s details on their booking application.
- Be aged 18 or over at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period and studying at a recognised UK higher or further education institution.
- Check in to the accommodation at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period.
- Be living with Almero Student at the time of the first rent payment, holding a valid tenancy agreement and not having cancelled their booking.
A booking is considered complete once the referred friend has:
- Accepted Almero Student’s tenancy agreement,
- Paid the required advance rent, and
- Allowed the cancellation period to expire without giving notice.
Rooms are subject to availability.
Additional details:
- Both the referrer and the referred friend will receive the specified cashback (rent discount) applied to their accounts at the time of the first rent instalment, provided there are no arrears on either account.
- There is no limit to the number of friends that can be referred; however, each referred friend may only be referred once.
- This offer does not apply to referrals made through nomination agreements, referral schemes, or agents, and cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
- Almero Student accepts no responsibility for incomplete or failed bookings caused by technical issues, malfunctions, or connectivity failures.
- Almero Student reserves the right to limit, suspend, or withdraw this offer if unusual use or abuse is suspected.
