From the moment I arrived, Samira, the head of staff, ensured that every aspect of my stay was seamless and enjoyable. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and warm demeanour made me feel truly welcomed and valued as a resident. I also really enjoyed the common areas, which include a superb kitchen, a tv room, a study room and a patio with a large table. These communal facilities have been thoughtfully designed and meticulously maintained, fostering a vibrant and engaging community atmosphere. The studios themselves are modern and comfortable, providing an ideal living space for students. Overall, my experience at Almero Francis Gardner Studios exceeded my expectations, thanks in large part to the outstanding leadership of Samira and the exceptional quality of the common areas. The property boasts a very nice communal kitchen, which was always well-maintained and provided ample space for cooking and socialising with fellow residents. In addition, the other communal areas were equally inviting, offering a great atmosphere for both relaxation and study. The property manager, Samira, was an absolute sweetheart – always available, approachable, and greeted everyone with a warm smile. It was clear that she genuinely cared about the well-being and satisfaction of the residents, which added a personal touch to the overall experience. The location of the accommodation was another highlight. It’s ideally situated in West Hampstead, less than a ten-minute walk from the tube, train, and overground stations. This made getting around London incredibly convenient. The area itself is very cool, with plenty of trendy cafes, shops, and green spaces, adding to the overall appeal of living there.

I stayed at Francis Gardner and had an amazing year thanks to Samira (the property manager).
She was always present and ready to go out of her way to help out.
She also organised events that gave me the chance to make amazing friends at the residence.
The residence itself is also great. Its location is perfect and very convenient for transportation and food options.
The communal areas, the corridors and the residence overall are always clean and the rooms are nice and well equipped.
Thanks to Samira and the other residents I met there, Francis Gardner really became a home away from home to me.
