TERMS AND CONDITIONS AGREEMENT – This agreement between the undersigned photographer (hereafter “Photographer”) and the undersigned client, (hereafter “Client”) governs the assignment described in the accompanying price estimate/images, and along with these Terms & Conditions, constitutes the entire agreement between the parties concerning that assignment. ESTIMATES/BIDS – The fees quoted by the photographer are for the original job description as presented by the Client. Any subsequent changes,whether made orally or in writing, may result in additional charges. The accompanying quote is a good faith estimate of the time and expenses the Photographer anticipates. INDEMNIFICATION – Client herby indemnifies and holds the Photographer harmless against all liabilities, claims, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising from the Client’s use of the Photographer’s work. COPYRIGHT – Grant of any reproduction rights to the Client is conditioned upon receipt of the payment in full. All right not expressly granted shall be reserved by the photographer. ADDITIONAL USAGE - If Client wishes to make any additional uses of the photographs not covered in the initial agreement, Client shall obtain permission from the photographer and pay an additional fee to be agreed upon. EXCLUSIVITY – The photographs will be exclusive to the Client for the term of the licensing agreement, but no to exceed 5 years. The Photographer may use the photos in his own marketing materials at any time. CANCELLATIONS, POSTPONEMENTS – In the event of a cancellation or postponement of a shoot by the client or subject after quote has been accepted/PO issued, Client shall pay all expenses incurred by the Photographer up to the time of the cancellation. If a shoot is cancelled within 24 hours of the departure for the shoot, client shall pay 50% of the anticipated photographic fee and 100% of the anticipated fees of any subcontractors booked for the job. I live in Tamarillo House, and I highly recommend it! The facilities here are modern and well-equipped, and the best part is our manager, Sophie – she’s super helpful and always there to solve any problems we have. This is a video from our Christmas party, and as you can see, the atmosphere in our accommodation is amazing. Plus, it’s really close to the university, and best of all – no uphill walk!

I highly recommend this place to students looking for a Studio Flat!! I was a tenant here for almost 4 months and living on Whiteladies Road has been a great experience. It was close to Uni, close to a large Sainsbury’s and a 2min walk to the bus stop/ Clifton down station which was very convenient. The room itself was excellent with ample storage space, a high quality kitchen and nice bathroom.The downside to the room were the extreme summer days, opening the windows meant bathing in sunlight, closing the blinds blocked the cool breeze but thankfully, I bought a small fan for myself which remedied the situation.

I was a tenant here for 2 full years and 1 term of a third year and the accommodation has been excellent overall. The location on Whiteladies Road is great, being close to a large Sainsbury’s which is very convenient. The room itself was very good, with a comfortable bed, lots of storage space and a high quality kitchen and bathroom. It also comes with a TV which is a nice bonus. It got very hot during the summer but opening the window alleviated this. Also, the management team was exceptional. Any queries or complaints I had were responded to swiftly and effectively, and the team was very personable and friendly. I shall miss them. I would highly recommend Tamarillo House to any student looking for a Studio Flat.
