Promotional offers may be available on selected rooms or properties across the Almero Student website. These may include cashback incentives or other promotional benefits, such as free laundry, where advertised.

The specific promotion, value, eligibility criteria and end date will be stated on the relevant property or room page where the offer is advertised.

All promotions are subject to the following terms and conditions.

What You’ll Get

Depending on the promotion advertised, you may be eligible for:

• £350 Cashback
• Group Booking Cashback – £600 to Share (minimum of 5 students)

Group Booking Cashback

Where a £600 Group Booking Cashback promotion is advertised:

The total cashback amount of £600 will be shared equally between all eligible members of the qualifying group, unless otherwise stated by Almero Student.

The Group Booking Cashback cannot be used in conjunction with any other group booking promotion.

A minimum of 5 students must complete eligible bookings to qualify for the promotion.

All members of the group must complete eligible bookings during the promotional period.

All group members must meet the eligibility criteria set out in these Terms & Conditions.

Offer Period

This offer is available from:
09:00 BST on 1 st Aug 2026 – 23:59 BST on 29 August 2026

Or until all rewards have been claimed (whichever comes first).

Eligibility

To qualify for any promotional offer, you must:

• Have a completed room booking with Almero Student for the 2026/27 academic year for the advertised minimum tenancy period.
• Be aged 18 or over at the start of the tenancy period.
• Be undertaking a course of study at a UK further or higher education institution during the 2026/27 academic year.
• Check in to your accommodation at the start of the tenancy period.
• Be living with Almero Student at the time the promotional benefit is applied, with a valid tenancy agreement and no notice of cancellation given.
• Have no rent arrears on your account at the time the promotional benefit is applied.
• Must not have been in rent arrears or otherwise in material breach of your tenancy agreement (including rent default) at any point during your tenancy.
• Rooms are subject to availability.

Promotions cannot be applied retrospectively to bookings already completed.

Unless otherwise stated, promotions cannot be combined with other offers.

Cashback Offers

Where cashback is advertised as part of a promotion:

• The cashback amount advertised on the website will be applied to your account as a rent credit at the time of your final rental instalment, subject to you meeting all eligibility criteria, including the arrears and default requirements set out above.
• Cashback is personal to the qualifying student, non-transferable, and non-refundable.
• Cashback will only be applied where the booking has been fully completed within the promotional period stated on the relevant offer.

General

• Almero Student accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during a promotional period due to technical faults or connectivity issues.
• Almero Student will assess eligibility for promotional benefits acting reasonably, in good faith, and in accordance with these terms.
• Any decision to refuse, withhold, or withdraw a promotional benefit will be based on objective application of the eligibility criteria set out above.
• Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under applicable UK consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
• Almero Student reserves the right to verify eligibility and to limit, suspend, withdraw, or amend any promotion where reasonably necessary (including to prevent fraud, error, or misuse).
• Participation in a promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
