Absolutely! You can arrange a virtual or an in-person viewing and our friendly team will arrange that for you, as per your convenience. Click here to book a viewing.

Are bills included in the rent?

Yes — everything’s covered. That includes Wi-Fi, electricity, water and heating. No surprise costs, ever.

How long is the tenancy?

Most of our rooms are on 43 or 51-week contracts. If you need something shorter due to a late Clearing placement, just let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
